PURCHASE PRICE

All prices quoted on this website or pursuant to your inquiry with us are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. 

We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the Website from time to time and without notice to you.

Products are only available while stock is available. In the unlikely event of an incorrectly priced item, orders can be cancelled or refunded by FRAGRANCE FIVE.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

After placing an order you will receive an email receipt confirming the details of your purchase. This email receipt does not comprise a contract. Orders may be cancelled at any time due to an inability to authorize a payment, insufficient stock or for any other reason deemed appropriate by FRAGRANCE FIVE.  If a cancelled purchase has already been charged to the customer’s credit card, a credit in the same amount will be issued to the account within 7 business days. 

We have aimed to ensure that the colours and design of our products appearing on our website are as near as possible to the colour and design of the product purchased. However, due to discrepancies with computers and programming, we are unable to guarantee the exact colour and design of your purchased product.

Our refillable atomisers contain small parts and are not suitable for small children.  these parts are a potential choking hazard.  Keep out of reach of children.

FRAGRANCE FIVE, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licencors will not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind as a result of using this site and/or as a result of the FRAGRANCE FIVE merchandise sold to you.
