Refund policy
We always hope you love your FRAGRANCE FIVE products but if you change your mind or make a wrong selection, we can offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Our change of mind returns policy applies in addition to, and does not affect, your rights under the consumer guarantees which apply under the Australian Consumer Law.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The item is returned at your own expense and is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we would advise you to send the return with tracking.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed once the item has been successfully returned and inspected by our team.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception. In the unlikely event of receiving a defective, damaged or wrong item please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify the situation as a matter of priority.
